Acadia Construction has more recent canal experience than any other Saskatchewan contractor. This experience is diverse and covers all major aspects of canals. We have also completed other major drainage works including concrete box culverts, large diameter (up to 4,300 mm dia) corrugated steel culverts, cross drains, and bridges.

Over the recent years, we have completed numerous canal reconstruction projects. This includes earthworks, liner removal and replacement, armouring, check structures, drain inlets, turnouts, and cross drains. We understand the short timing window available to complete these projects at the end of the growing season, and plan early to be ready when the existing irrigation flows are shut off, allowing us to maximize the remaining construction season.
